1. Upgrading Works – Ali Refai Girls Secondary School A trilateral collaboration led by the Red Sea Wind Energy (RSWE) and Ras Ghareb

Wind Energy (RGWE) CSR teams were launched in July 2025, marking the first initiative

of its kind in Ras Ghareb. RGWE and RSWE jointly contributed two-thirds of the

project cost, while Suez Wind Energy contributed the remaining one-third. In addition,

Gold Wind provided all school furniture, ensuring the school was fully equipped. The

project targeted Ali Refai Girls Secondary School, the only girls’ secondary school in

the city, serving over 500 students. Following severe damage caused by floods, the

school underwent comprehensive upgrading works, including structural repairs,

classroom renovation, sanitation upgrades, and overall enhancement of the learning

environment. The initiative resulted in a safe, modern, and fully upgraded educational

facility, supporting improved learning conditions and long-term community impact.

2. RSWE Summer Internship Program In August 2025, RSWE and RGWE launched a summer internship program for 22

students and fresh graduates in engineering and renewable energy disciplines. The

The program provided practical training at RGWE and RSWE sites, with contributions from

Gold Wind and Orascom Construction PLC are strengthening participants’ technical skills

and readiness for the renewable energy sector.

3. Honoring Ceremony for Ideal Mothers In August 2025, RSWE and RGWE organized a ceremony honoring Ideal Mothers,

including a national-level honoree, reflecting the company’s commitment to

social appreciation and community engagement.

4. RSWE Scholarship Program Following the 2023 scholarship sponsorship agreement with the Education

Representative of Ras Ghar Municipality, the program provides support for four

years with a monthly grant of 2,500 EGP. To date, RSWE has granted scholarships

to 15 students, including 12 continuing recipients from the previous year.
